Out of all the bangles that had been delivered that morning, held-up against the UV, only one of the bangles glows under UV light, this one:

So I decided to shoot this one the way I had planned to do the whole shoot.  Then I re-thought how I would do the shoot, with a subtle hint of UV illumination on the model’s lips, and using coloured gels across the backdrop, to still end up with a full colourful story set…:
